Goldbridge Fee Schedule

This page sets out the current fees applicable to eligible Goldbridge business customers for platform services. Fees are assessed by Goldbridge pursuant to the Platform Agreement. If there is any conflict, the Platform Agreement controls.

The following fees apply to eligible Goldbridge business accounts. All fees are listed per transaction unless otherwise noted.

ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions include standard and same-day credit and debit entries initiated through the Goldbridge platform. Both standard and same-day ACH are currently available at no additional fee.

Wire transfers initiated through the Goldbridge platform, including domestic outgoing and incoming wires, are currently available at no additional fee. International wire availability and fees may vary based on correspondent banking arrangements and are subject to change.

Check processing includes the origination and issuance of checks through the Goldbridge platform, as well as deposits made via remote deposit capture using a mobile device or check scanner. Returned items — including returned checks, ACH returns, or other rejected items — are currently assessed no additional fee, though Goldbridge reserves the right to introduce fees for repeat or abusive return patterns.

Real-Time Payments (RTP) are processed through The Clearing House RTP network. RTP transactions settle immediately and are currently available at no additional fee through the Goldbridge platform. RTP availability is subject to network participation, transaction limits, and account eligibility.

Goldbridge may introduce, modify, or eliminate fees at any time, including, but not limited to, changes to:

• Per-transaction fees for any payment rail or service
• Monthly or annual platform service fees
• Returned item or exception fees
• International processing or correspondent fees
• Remote deposit capture or check origination fees
• Any other fees described on this page
