Goldbridge Credits are a discretionary platform incentive designed to reward eligible business customers for using Goldbridge. Credits are provided by Goldbridge pursuant to the Platform Agreement. If there is any conflict, the Platform Agreement controls.
Each month, Goldbridge calculates your Average Eligible Platform Balance by combining the daily ending balances across your eligible Goldbridge business accounts associated with the same organization. If your organization is eligible, in good standing, and actively using the Goldbridge platform, Goldbridge will generally apply the following current standard monthly credits schedule:

Credits are awarded as part of Goldbridge's technology platform incentive program and are not calculated as a percentage of interest generated on any deposit account.

Credits may be capped, prorated, withheld, modified, or discontinued at any time in accordance with the Platform Agreement.
Credits may be redeemed only for eligible services and products made available through Goldbridge or designated partners. Eligible redemption options may include:
Unless otherwise stated at the time Credits are awarded, Credits expire at the end of each calendar year.
Customers may redeem Credits for eligible services and products by submitting applicable invoice(s) to Goldbridge at credits@goldbridgebanking.com or through such other method as Goldbridge may make available on the Platform from time to time. Goldbridge may review and approve submitted invoice(s) in its discretion to confirm eligibility. Credits will be applied to the approved invoice amount. If an approved invoice amount exceeds the value of your available Credits, you authorize Goldbridge to debit the remaining balance from your Goldbridge Account or other payment method you have authorized for platform charges.
